Came and as well as showing us what was wrong he explained it …even in a way that I could understand…he then fitted our new one ..he never rushed like some people do just to get to another job … absolutely brilliant cannot fault the service or quality of work..we cannot recommend him enough.. friendly..polite 100/percent genuine..
