GAS SAFETY CHECK CERTIFICATES

It is a Landlord’s responsibility to ensure that any gas appliance in their rental property is in safe working order. Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 requires a Gas Safety Check to be carried out annually by a Gas Safe engineer and a Gas Safety Certificate issued. This doesn’t just apply to gas boilers, but all other gas appliances too such as gas hobs, fires and water heaters.

Using the Synergy Gas & Plumbing Ltd service is easy and convenient. We can even liaise with your tenants on your behalf and notify you once the check is complete along with an electronic copy of the Gas Safety Certificate.
