Emergencies
If you can smell gas: turn the supply off at the meter, open windows, avoid switches and naked flames, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. That line is free and staffed 24 hours. Call us afterwards to trace and repair.
If water is pouring: turn off the main stop tap, open the cold taps to drain down, isolate electrics if water is near them, then call us.
