Heating work in Sutton Coldfield

Across Four Oaks, Mere Green and Walmley we fit far more system boilers with unvented cylinders than anywhere else we cover — the demand for two showers at once simply cannot be met by a combi. Unvented work needs a G3 qualification on top of Gas Safe registration, and those cylinders need an annual safety service that a lot of owners have never been told about.

A Sutton Coldfield breakdown just before Christmas: an L9 fault with water tracked inside the boiler. Deteriorated flue seals had let water in and taken out both the fan and the circuit board. New fan, new board and fresh flue seals, and the family had heating back for the holidays.
