What we collect

When you contact us or book a job we collect your name, address, phone number, email and details of the work. When you use the website we collect standard analytics data about pages visited.

Why we hold it

To quote, carry out and invoice work, to meet our legal record-keeping duties as a Gas Safe registered business, and to contact you about your appointment.

How long we keep it

Gas safety records and installation certificates are retained as required by law and by Gas Safe Register. Enquiry details that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.

Who we share it with

Our job management system (ServiceM8) and, where relevant, Gas Safe Register and your local authority for Building Regulations notification. We do not sell data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email synergygas.plumbing@gmail.com.
