Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A callout Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, is £99, covering diagnosis and the first hour on site. Outside those hours — evenings, nights and weekends — different rates apply, so call us and we will give you a clear price before anyone comes out. If you can smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first, then call us to trace and repair.

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by the same engineers who do our daytime work — not a national call centre that subcontracts to whoever is nearest. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, and a callout within those hours is £99, covering diagnosis and the first hour on site.
Outside office hours — evenings, nights and weekends — out-of-hours rates apply instead, and these are different from the daytime £99. Call us and we will give you a clear price for the callout before you commit to anything, so there is never a surprise on arrival. You will also be told who is coming and roughly when.
The first job at 2am is containment: isolate, cap, stop the damage. Full repairs sometimes need parts that no merchant has open at that hour. We will always tell you honestly which of the two we are doing, so you are not paying emergency rates for work that could sensibly wait until the morning.
Leave a number and a postcode. We will call you back — usually within the hour during office hours.
