Published prices for every area we cover, with travel and survey-priced jobs explained below.
Boiler repair is £99 in office hours for attendance, diagnosis and the first hour, with parts and any further work agreed before we carry on. Annual servicing starts at £95, landlord gas safety certificates are £90, power flushing is from £550 for up to 10 radiators, and a new combi boiler fitted starts at £1,999. The same published prices apply across our area; beyond 10 miles of B20 2JS a travel charge of £2 per mile may apply, agreed before booking.
How our prices work
- Fixed charges
- A fixed price, such as a service, a CP12 or the £99 repair callout, is what you pay for exactly what is described in the table. The £99 covers attendance, diagnosis and the first hour in office hours; it is not the price of every repair.
- "From" prices and survey quotes
- Prices marked "from", and anything marked "quoted", are starting points. New boilers, conversions and larger jobs are priced in writing after a free survey, before any work starts.
- Parts and extra labour
- Parts, and any work beyond what the fixed charge covers, are quoted and agreed with you before we fit or do anything.
- Out of hours
- Office-hours prices apply Monday to Friday, 8am–5.30pm. Outside those hours, emergency work is quoted by phone before we set off.
- Travel
- No travel charge within 10 miles of B20 2JS. Further out, £2 per mile may apply, at our discretion and always agreed before booking.
- VAT
- We do not currently charge VAT.

Pricing conditions
- If a visit shows the job is different from what was described, we tell you the new price before doing anything.
- Boiler installation prices include a horizontal flue, wireless thermostat, magnetic filter, cleanser and inhibitor.
- Installation prices assume the boiler goes in the same position as the old one. Non-standard installations and work needed to meet current regulations cost extra, and are quoted before we start.
- We cover Birmingham and 10 miles as standard, extending to 50 miles for boiler installations.
- No travel charge within 10 miles of B20 2JS. Further out, £2 per mile may apply, at our discretion and always agreed before booking.

Smell gas now? Do not use this form or wait for a reply. Call the National Gas Emergency Service free on 0800 111 999 (24 hours). If you are using a mobile, make the call from outside. Open doors and windows, do not switch electrics on or off, do not smoke or use naked flames, and turn the gas off at the meter if it is safe to do so, unless the meter is in a cellar or basement. Once the supply has been made safe, we can trace and repair the fault.
