Prices and quotes

Prices published on this website are estimates and may change following a site inspection. A written quotation is fixed for 30 days unless the scope of work changes.

Callout charge

Our repair callout of £99 covers attendance, diagnosis and the first hour of labour. Further labour and parts are quoted and agreed before work continues.

Coverage and travel

Standard coverage is Birmingham and a 10-mile radius of B20 2JS, extending to 50 miles for boiler installations. A travel charge may apply beyond 10 miles.

Guarantee

Parts we supply and fit on a repair carry a 12-month parts-only warranty; this covers the part itself and does not extend to labour beyond the original callout. Manufacturer warranties on new boilers are separate, subject to the manufacturer's own terms, and require documented annual servicing.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Landlord and agent accounts may be invoiced monthly.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
